My Opeth Journey – From 2016 Onwards
Although my love for Opeth goes back many years, it wasn't until 2016 that I really started attending their concerts regularly. During my first marriage, financial circumstances made it difficult to travel and attend shows as often as I would have liked.
The Opeth concert at 013 in Tilburg in November 2016 will always hold a special place in my heart. It was the very first Opeth concert Ellis and I attended together, and to make the occasion even more memorable, I had booked a special VIP package as an extra surprise. It marked the beginning of something truly wonderful.
Since then, we've tried to see Opeth live as often as possible. But it's about so much more than just the music. We love travelling together, exploring new cities, turning concerts into little holidays, and reconnecting with the amazing friends we've made at Opeth shows over the years.
What started as my personal passion for a band has become a beautiful journey we share together, filled with music, love, friendship, adventures, and unforgettable memories.
And the journey is far from over...
